What is your country of origin? I'm a US citizen and had to send off for a proper visa complete with passport in original form, cover letter, application, and fee.

Canadian. There is an embassy here in TO but dealing with these people is a pain in the ass. It would be nice to just show up at the airport and get a visa there.

You can always just put $100 bill in your passport, but that might be a little tougher these days.
