Nah, looks like the Euromast in Rottterdam to me.
Lightstalker, tell him his background is way out of focus and the exposure is a bit iffy.

looks like theres something wrong with the lens.

..there appears to be two enormous lumps right in the middle of the photograph...restricting the view.Id rule out lens flare but it could be an imperfection in the film...hard to say...Its a shame..might of been a good shot...
