They gave that prize to that Ay-rab after the IAEA never found those WMD even after Colin Powell gave them that list of 1000 suspected sites?
Talk about rewarding incompetence. After Dick Cheney told the world Saddam had reconstituted his nuclear weapons program, this guy didn't find a thing.

If Kofi Annan and Yasser Arafat can win it I wouldn't wipe my ass with it.
Given that it's a flat gold disc I'd have to admit I would use it that way anyhow.

ElBaradei couldn't even find the Yellowcake after we gave him the receipts from Niger. Something tells me ElBaradei just wasn't trying too hard.
