What about Catholisism?

Doesn't that usually come under the heading of Christianity? Although I do know some protestants that would classify it as a "cult" - what with all that Mary and saint worship idolatry...(PS I am nominally catholic after being raised Protestant - but consider myself an Other in reality).

Recovering Catholic.

I am mostly Buddhist I guess but I still go to Christmas Mass out of respect for my Father, and also Easter service and I do the whole lent thing....and I try to make it one or twice every couple years to Mardi Gras :-) When I am Catholic I try to be a decent one. But I am a better buddhist for the day to day lving stuff...keeps me centered and, for the most part, not homicidal or anything weird like that ....:D!
.I would not probably know much about my mother's religion since she is basically the spawn of Lucifer.

cheers,

Passion is necessity. It is not diligence, or simply being committed to a goal. Passion consumes you while you chase down your goal. Passion should always be your natural state of mind for it is what sparks momentum and sets the pace.

Roman Catholic, which I suppose makes my signature especially irreverent.

BTW: Let the protestants think of us as a cult. As far as I'm concerned they're heretics.

Nothing like being a priest in a religion where you really don't have to do anything. These guys ordained me last year.
