Good stuff here. I am getting the feeling that dangerous has been done to death. So we must work harder to be more dangerousier.

hey redfax, long time no see:

Sicily is of course way overexposed, and it doesn't really qualify as a DP either, unless you're actually trying to do something against Cosa Nostra.

Seems like the 70s/80s were the high time to do that...just saw on we make money not art a post discussing the work of Letizia Battaglia. Pretty grim but excellent photos.

fascinating wet spot that appears to run uphill.

Does the stench of death photo collection also include former child stars?

Give the Lohan a few weeks/months. I think Miley Cyrus had a close brush today. I think the first will be something Twitard-related.

Hey, there's a DP for you RYP - Friday night at the movie theatre. Got into the Twilight theatre and yell something obscene. Escape.

Been busy...

The rise in mafia killing was linked to the Corleonesi (Riina & co) taking over the cupola. It petered out after abt 1993, when they arrested Riina, apparently after a tipoff from his second in command and successor, who realized that the Mafia could not win an all out war against the state.

Now they're still around, but they keep arresting them at abt 2 a week, and anybody who gets named as a possible leader gets arrested within six months or so.
I don't even know who's supposed to be leader in Palermo province since they arrested Lo Piccolo in 2007 (who'd never really consolidated his power anyway). Raccuglia was mentioned a few times, but he got arrested last week. Now Nicchi is considered viable, and while undoubtedly gifted in his chosen profession he's 28, which might make it hard for him to make the old-schoolers do anything they don't already want to do in the first place...

The names you want to watch out for are Matteo Messina Denaro, and Giuseppe Falsone, who are very prominent in their respective provinces (Trapani and Agrigento), but don't have a foothold in Palermo, which is of course crucial for access to political power.

Hey all,
RYP, Forgive me for being obvious, but why not Somoli Pirates? Tell the story from the pirates point of view.
Also to illustrate a DP, give the viewer a frame of reference, most cannot comprehend the subject matter if its too "DP". Maybe something right under their nose, like the human trafficking going on here in the good ole USA. The woman in Fayetteville NC last week who sold her child into prostitution. Thats a "DP" subject that is almost taboo to even talk about. I tried to explain to friends that this goes on a lot more than we think, and as soon as I heard that she was sold and there was an amber alert out she was dead. Sad but no way the buyers were going to cart her around with her pic all over the national news.

I don't know about you sallies, but any televised entertainment not featuring me is about as muggy bonehead as you can get. Just today I ate 4 samosas that had been sitting in the sun outside a Burmese tea shop.I even think the tea was brewed with non purified water. This of course has me chained to a squat toilet (with wi fi) so no unprotected sex with prostitutes this evening, I'll save that for sweeps week. I do have a 6 hour motorcycle ride with a bike I just bought and havent test ridden tomorrow. So my odds for adventure are sky high.
And now you hookers and hoes know how I feel.

I concur you move like a caring panther and your head is the right size for video but I should do the 'translator voice'....oh, that's right only some of you have had the chance to hear my beautiful dulcet voice.

Based on the bad economy and aging boomer demo. I think the worlds most dangerous terrorists group will be: Hell's Grannies.

Here is a blurry photo of the reclusive insurgents...

You surely can't think we'd be so careless as to have Facebook pages.
