the piñatas are all done with in front of my place, so time to come in & check in on xmas eve. Lordy I do love the Col. He gave a nice shout out to old-time flaggots with the Real Allen mention, and the dreadlocked nose hair was as good a line as any. And to think the Col was sometimes disrespected here by well intentioned posters who didn't know of his exploits, why, it was enough to give one a case of the vapours!

...and a Merry Xmas to you Colonel Corn

'Twas the night before Christmas-across the Cafe
where lackeys and axe-handles nattered away
their stockings were hung by the chimney with care
Mr. Excreble's gave off an unGodly air
the moderators were snug in their beds
deleting by candle those out of their heads
Denise in her kerchief, Penta in her cap
circled each other, exchanging bitch slaps

When on the main board there arose such a clatter
Some twit had opinions and thought that they mattered!

So I booted up Windows, animated by Flash
double clicked on my email, put the spam in the trash
The moon on the breast of the sweet Svizzeram
nearly made me forget there's Nowonmai to slam

When what to my jaundiced eye should appear
but a know it all stooge(with just 8 posts all year)
with a tired Che persona ever angered too quick
And the tritest polemics, of which all were soon sick
More rapid than eagles, his theories they came
Bald of real merit, ignorance without shame

Now Buzzsaw! Now Flipflop! Now Farmdog! now Q!
Now Royal! Now Tarkan! RealRescue 3, too!
To the top of the post! To the fore with the truth!
Rohingyas abound! Egad and foresooth!

So up to the front of the new thread they flew,
Seeking out liberal arse cheeks to chew

And then in a twinkling RYP was there
With his error filled books and his dreadlocked nose hair
He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf
(Why change THAT line I guffawed to myself)

He spoke many words as he set to the work
of banning Real Allen and Mach(that poor jerk)
Then laying a finger aside of his nose
He cleared out his nostril, 'cross T. Wheeler's toes

Now he's left me to close off this tale for the night,

Help yourselves, one and all,

to the corn from my shite.

A true BFC Classic Icon if there ever was one.....

The Col continues to make living history here at the Flag.

Most of us will come and go, live and die..... not the Col.

His is an Infamy, hated by some, loved by others..... and always welcomed.

Think we found the introduction to RYP's next book.

That is truly a work of art.
