RR3 Is No Longer With Us

Jeff passed away last week in Nairobi, Kenya. I will post his obit here but those who know him know that Jeff was never without a smile or a good word for anyone. He was above all the most loyal, hardworking and solid friend anyone could have. I am traveling now but will post info here. He died peacefully in his sleep.

Saddened to hear it. Never met Jeffrey in person but he was always one of the handful of truly intriguing characters who made life interesting here.
