you're right. big shoes to fill. get busy.

It's a deal. Luckily I was on a conference call yesterday that should do exactly that. My days as a 1 man shop funded by my 401k might soon be at an end, keep your fingers crossed!

Hey Doug,

It's the very least I could do for you and your family.

Deepest condolences.

Sad. Would have liked to have met him.
Perhaps on the other side, one day.

Just saw this. My condolences to Jeff and his family.
I'd whore myself out just one more time if I knew who to screw to get out of this grind.

Wow, haven't been around in a long time and I check back to see this. Really sucks. I sent him boxes full of kids clothes to Afghanistan a few years back as he was doing some good things with local orphans. RIP Jeff.

Oh fuck. I just saw this. Fuck. I remember having a pint with him when he was travelling through N Texas years back.

Fuck.

Thank you for all you've done Robert.

Robert i just wanted to thank you for everything you have done from the trip to Kenya to get my brother to taking care of Jeff's wife here in the states. You are a stand up guy and your actions just reinforce everything my brother ever told me about you. I really enjoyed getting to meet you and i hope we can enjoy another Vogue Martini the next time you are in Phoenix.

Rest in peace RR3. Never got to meet the man either, though I did send Aqil some money while he was in Durango, and it was passed by Jeff first, as well as trading Jeff a care package in exchange for an Afghan War Rug from Chicken Street in Kabul.
So I'll meet up with that Russian, that Brazillian, the rest of the team from Brooklyn..and we'll start shooting.

This is sudden and extremely sad news to read. I never got to meet him in person but Jeff was always a pleasure to converse with online. This makes it all the more regretful I never got around to visiting him in Ecuador. He was a really good guy who worked hard to help others.

RIP Jeff.
