actually, if anyone 'disarmed' saddam before the occupation, i would argue that it was george bush snr during the gulf war. bill clinton really didnt do much except enforce the policies that bush 41 put in place about iraq. and piggs, i was under the impression that target in iraq were being bombe on a regular basis, not just during the week of the lewinsky scandal. if it was supposed to be a 'distraction', it didnt work too well.

As far as Monica Lewinsky goes, that was no business of anyone but Clinton and his wife. The same people who used LindaTripp to reveal this affiar also tried to reveal an affair between George Bush and his secretary but the so-called liberal press allowed Bush Senior to do what any President to do, which is refuse to talk about it.
