The Foundation for Afrikaner-Asylumseekers International, a non-profit organisation based in The Netherlands, (legal registration as a non-profit Foundation through the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, Eindhoven, Nr. 17173655) has thoroughly investigated the dire situation in which Mr Vincent Churchill of South Africa (ID Nr 6610025209081) finds himself at the present time. We are submitting this letter as a plea that Mr Churchill be recognised as a bona-fide political refugee from politically-related government-directed oppression in his home country, South Africa.
After perusing all the available information and verifying this to our own satisfaction with the various relevant authorities (USA, South Africa and Bolivia), our Foundation has indeed concluded that Mr. Churchill is the victim of a deliberate campaign of vilification, government-directed demonisation and discrimination against himself and his family in Bolivia, and also against his extended family still remaining in South Africa -- and that this campaign is all directly due to Mr Churchill’s former job as a security-police operative before 1994 – and the fact that Mr Churchill’s investigative skills had actually led to the imprisonment on death row of a former ANC-terrorist , Mr Robert James McBride, who was responsible for the murders and or/maiming of 74 people during the apartheid-era and became widely known as the “Magoo Bar bomber” in that country.
McBride has since been released from death row, and granted political amnesty by the current ANC-government, and now indeed has been appointed to a very senior and influential police position in South Africa and is an important leading member of the ruling ANC-party.
This vilification- and demonisation campaign which has since been mounted against Mr Churchill interferes greatly with Mr Churchill’s immediate and future survival ability – and that of his entire extended family back in South Africa as well -- and it takes various forms, outlined in detail below.:
1. South African government interference in Mr Churchill obtaining legal work and legal immigrant status:
The demonisation campaign against Mr Churchill includes repeated verbal claims being made by South African embassy personnel in Bolivia and in Peru to all inquiring potential employers Mr Churchill applies to for work (as a highly qualified multilingual translator) that Mr Churchill was ‘being sought for cheque fraud’ in South Africa and was on Interpol’s most-wanted list. Our Foundation has however investigated these claims with the relevant authorities in the United States and South Africa, and have found that these claims are totally untrue. Mr Churchill is NOT being sought for any kind of cheque fraud nor any other criminal activities anywhere in the world, and is most certainly not on the wanted-registers of Interpol. However even as late as May 2005, our Foundation still received a letter from a leading South African journalist, Mr Gerhard de Bruin, who has links to the South African government’s security establishment -- and in which he again repeated this claim.
This is a very harmful claim as Mr Churchill is being stopped from getting any kind of gainful employment even on a temporary basis anywhere in the world because of it.
The South African government officials who are repeating this claim are thus interfering in Mr Churchill’s rights to sustain himself and his family through legal employment.
Mr Churchill’s own sister, XXXXX, and her husband have also experienced loss of income because of a similar campaign against them, ongoing inside South Africa, which includes armed ‘robbery attacks’ during which all their property has been repeatedly looted; loss of XXXXX’s government job; XXXXX’s incarceration on trumped-up ‘minor theft’ charges; and her being plucked off a flight to Bolivia by police while her minor children were deliberately allowed to continue travelling there without their mother. Our Foundation has compiled a separate, more detailed report about the campaign against this family.
2. Lured from South Africa by murky government-linked organisation, Executive Outcomes
Our Foundation has also determined that Mr Churchill was initially lured away from South Africa in August 1999 -- four years after the end of the apartheid-regime and for which he had worked as the aforementioned paid security police operative and multilingual translator as a young man.
Mr Churchill, like many Afrikaner men, was by 1999 very desperate for any form of employment and willing to travel abroad just to get a job – he, as are many Afrikaners, also was being denied any kind of employment inside South Africa, not only because he was an Afrikaner male, but also because of his specific activities which had led to the imprisonment on death row of Mr Robert McBride.
Mr Churchill was ‘lured’ from South Africa through a murky government-linked ‘security’ organisation called ”Executive Outcomes” , which, various widely-publicised international court cases have since shown, specifically lures such unemployable Afrikaner men (Mr Churchill is of Afrikaner descent) into mysterious, apparently lucrative employment such as” mercenary activities” in other African countries (a large number of these men were arrested and jailed in Zimbabwe and other African countries last year) .
At the time Mr Churchill was recruited, he was however still a very young man, and not fully aware of these activities however – he truly believed he was being hired as a private guard for Peruvian election candidates and that Executive Outcomes was a bona-fide international security organisation which had been contracted for this.
It has since emerged in various international trials that “ Executive Outcomes” also involves itself in overthrowing African governments in violent coups, as well as with drugs- and weapons-smuggling worldwide besides hiring out skilled former policemen and former SA soldiers from South Africa for mercenary activities -- while hiding behind a public cloak of “security services” to top government officials worldwide, especially in specific third-world countries which are still struggling to reach a stage of true democracy.
Afrikaner men such as Mr Churchill specifically are unemployable inside South Africa because of the country’s new, so-called ‘black-economic empowerment’ laws passed by the ANC-regime since 1994 - and which laws bar Afrikaners all access to the employment market – and have already caused the permanent destitution of 440,000 working-class Afrikaners (out of a total population of a mere 3-million Afrikaners) who have been denied all access to the South African labour market – private and public since 1994, according to statistics in 2005 provided by trade unions such as Solidarity and Cosatu.
By Mr Churchill’s own account – but also through verification with the US Drug Administration officials who worked with him – it was determined to the satisfaction of our Foundation as an accurate fact that, once Mr Churchill had arrived in Bolivia under the instructions of “Executive Outcomes” he had however not been given work as a private guard for Peruvian candidates as promised – instead he had been given a false British passport with the name of Malcolm Campbell Robertson and was given a return ticket to Bolivia, with the passport containing a stamped tourist visum.
Upon his arrival there, he was approached at the airport by two Spanish-speaking individuals, who gave him a mystery parcel which they claimed contained pre-Columbian ancient art works, with travelling instructions and –tickets to South Africa.
He refused to cooperate with what he strongly suspected instead was a drug-smuggling operation and initially had urgently and unsuccessfully attempted to contact the South African embassy, although he had very little money, and tried to do this through an internet café.
He then took the parcel, and instead went to the US Embassy in La Paz in Bolivia where the DEA officials there took the parcel, recognised the drug contents as 4kg of high-grade cocaine - and decided to set a trap.
However, Mr Churchill did not want to be caught travelling to South Africa with any kind of drug-contents, as he feared further endangering his family. The DEA paid him 200 dollars for his cooperation and he waited 6 weeks for a return ticket to South Africa and his South African passport, neither of which however ever materialised because the South African embassy officials in La Paz refused to assist him in any way.

Mr Churchill fears returning to South Africa – also because of the frequent visits and other harassments by various unidentifiable South African government officials towards his extended family there who are so frequently inquiring as to his whereabouts for no apparent reason – since there are no outstanding criminal charges against him at all. Mr Churchill temporarily and initially, had found employment as a translator and met and married a Bolivian woman, by whom he now has two small children, the first born in 2001 and the second in 2004. However due to the harassments and disinformation campaign by SA government officials at the embassy there, he was unable to convert his temporary job into a permanent one, due to the inaccurate claim that Churchill ‘ was being sought for cheque fraud’ – employers then withdraw their offers at once.
Churchill wants the right to remain in Bolivia and work there and build up a new life with his family. He is not being given a fair opportunity to do so, however.
Because of his financial plight, he still has only a tourist visa, unable to afford paying for a permanent residence permit because of the constant untruthful interference by South African government officials at the embassies of Bolivia and Peru regarding his employment suitability.
Mr Churchill now is in Peru – where he had gone for a job interview which again fell flat because of the SA embassy officials. He now wants to try and apply for political asylum from there and is living in destitution at a Roman-Catholic mission. He is deeply worried about the well-being of his wife and two small children, who live with her family in Bolivia.
He has been in contact with the local South African government mission and Interpol in Peru in an ongoing attempt to have his name cleared so that he can gain lawful employment and a permanent residency status.
Our Foundation strongly believes that Mr Churchill is a suitable candidate for political asylum anywhere in the world.
We provide the transcript below, of Mr Robert Mc Bride’s testimony before the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in South Africa, and in which Mr Churchill’’s role was explained (having used the alias Vincent Churchill James while he had infiltrated McBride’s terrorist cell).

Well, not knowing anyone or any of the happenings that seem to have taken over this thread, I don't really have a dog in this fight. I do have a comment or two which I'm sure won't make me any friends. Nothing new in that LOL
I don't think it's cool to post people's R/L information on a blog. No matter what you think of the person, whether they're criminal or not, whether you hate or love them. If we're going to be doing that, we might as well stop using nicks or user names. Just post our names, addresses, family members, etc for all the sickos and weirdos out there to use as they like. There's no telling who reads the blogs and to what use they would put information. I would be pretty uncomfortable with my information being posted here or anywhere else.
I also don't think it's cool to threaten people, their lives or whatever. In fact, I believe it's illegal in most places in the world. No matter how people provoke us or piss us off it is never okay in my book. Just my two cents.
