Seven pages and no mention of the Paiute tribe? The irony in all of this is that these posturing dipshits claiming the big bad gubmint stole it from citizens. These particular citizens showed up in the 19th century, claimed their stakes, then ended up selling or forfeiting the land in the early 20th century due to economic conditions.

Actually it was the same 'overseer class' what kilt Lavoy that done in the Indians. The Feds. Poor Lavoy; he'd didn't realize that when your opponent buys ammo by the trainload one body can't soak up enough of the expended stuff to help the cause.

Asymmetry; it's a beautiful thing.

The left in the US is in full meltdown mode over the decision.

Law and Order doesn't apply to White males as far as they are concerned. Jury nullification is only appropriate for blacks, because they be oppressed and sheeeeet.

However, the Fedgov never loses. These guys will end up in prison.

It's not over yet. I love that they got pissy that they couldn't wear their cowboy outfits in court. Defense attorney was claiming their shit kickers and prince of the rodeo belt buckles were critical to define their out on the ranch persona.

Pretty sure BLM has done much much worse than these guys.

I wonder if Bronco, Friendly and Svizz are advocating the police to open fire?

The problem with BLM is not BLM itself but the looters that tagged along with it. Not a single SOHO looter in NYC who was busted was a BLM person, like most criminals they used legitimate people as cover but it was not part of the movement.

But these guys were always small potatoes and are causing more damage now by being anti-mask whiners (still not quite sure why liberals are called snowflakes when we have never shit ourselves because we could not make it to the hair salon..but whatever)
