Considering they are wholly different kinds of treaties with a different setup of member states, prolly none.
Trump might have ruffled some feathers during the 2017 visit but except for the Baltic states and whoever, defense hasn't been much of a selling point over here in a long while. Agreement says we are honestly going to start paying our NATO share. Come 2024. Lots of other things 'll be needing tax money though.
Haven't been in the loop for years but I figure there still is a large number of disenfranchised voters out there. Pretty sure neither dick measuring with Russia nor threatening to leave the EU will be able to harness that democratic mass again. Who knows/cares what the next pie-in-the-sky idea will be unless it means getting paid?
