I have a neighbor that withdrew 15k about six months ago. He got a call from the irs at 0800 the next morning and they were demanding to know what he was going to do with that cash.

A close friend tried to withdraw $1000 cash and put it into one of his key employees account. The guy had a kid in trouble in another state and needed cash fast. Wells Fargo wouldn't let him.
