2ND AMENDMENT IS NATURAL LAW VS. STATISM

Postby cowboycraig » Thu Oct 12, 2017 4:29 pm

With the Evil Globalist Baby Eaters attempting to disarm the American public again (shocker) with H.R. 3999, here is a little thing I wrote as a teenager on the 2nd Amendment. It has been a long time but still stands up pretty good. Share to all the failures that support 3999, it will piss them off, and make me happy.

2nd Amendment is Natural Law vs. Statism

Those that believe in the 2nd Amendment believe in “Natural Law”.

“Under the law of nature, all men are born free.” –Thomas Jefferson: Legal Argument, 1770.

“Nothing… is unchangeable but the inherent and inalienable

rights of man.” –Thomas Jefferson to John Cartwright, 1824.

Natural Law and Natural Rights exist without government. A “Republic” government only exists to ensure citizens rights are protected. The Bill of Rights should never be interpreted other than the founders made completely clear.

Those that do not believe in the 2nd Amendment, believe in a populus without individual nor collective rights (Bill of Rights), and absolute rule by the State. Whatever the State decides should not be questioned says the Statist. The 2nd Amendments’ essential meaning is “The people shall be equal to the State in arms so tyranny is held in check”. In this the people are never “ruled” by their government.

“Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts and murders itself. There was never a democracy that did not commit suicide.” — John Adams

Attempts to slight the 2nd Amendment believe the State superior to the citizen. Belief in gun control is at its core Statism.

“Political power grows out of the barrel of the gun…” — Mao Tse-tung

Defined as Statism or gun control the endgame is State over the Citizen. The end game is Mao’s vision. None shall question or be equal to the State in arms and therefore never ensured freedom as Natural Law (2nd Amendment).

A Republic exists to protect the individual rights of citizens.

“Constitution be never construed to authorize Congress to infringe the just liberty of the press, or the rights of conscience; or to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own arms” — Samuel Adams

Rep. Elbridge Gerry made very clear in 1789 that any disregard of the 2nd Amendment is for only one reason, pure Statism.

“Whenever Governments mean to invade the rights and liberties of the people, they always attempt to destroy the militia, in order to raise an army upon their ruins.” (Rep. Elbridge Gerry of Massachusetts, spoken during floor debate over the Second Amendment [I Annals of Congress at 750, August 17, 1789])

America is a Republic and the 2nd Amendment and Bill of Rights stand! Natural Laws are not the governments to give or take. Gun control isn’t about the 2nd Amendment, it is about a Republic vs. Statism. It is about Individual Liberty vs. Ward of the State. The Bill of Rights stands as a whole if the Republic stands.

“A Republic, if you can keep it.” — Benjamin Franklin at the close of the Constitutional Convention of 1787

Take Action to stop H.R 3999!

H.R. 3999 To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the manufacture, possession, or transfer of any part or combination of parts that is designed and functions to increase the rate of fire of a semiautomatic rifle but does not convert the semiautomatic rifle into a machinegun, and for other purposes. | POPVOX https://www.popvox.com/us/federal/bills/115/hr3999
