Sounds like most court cases then :-) Onus is on the judiciary to prove guilt.

Then again: you have Madoff, Weinstein and El Chapo locked up.
I am a rube from a small European country but I figure in their prime, all three of them had way more pull over in the continental USA than a lame-duck never-king Brit royal and some socialite chick. Pervy pics, white collar crime, delinquencies with minors, other rich folk type debauchery, international Jewry or Illuminati notwithstanding.

Maddoff was the shit.

In New York back in 2006 we hired a guy who worked as a Unix Administrator for Madoff Investments.

Since our systems were Real Time servers with a system uptime of 100% per year required (the system was large and actively redundant) we figured that the Maddoff guy would know his shit being from the high availability computing world of big finance. We hired him specifically because he worked for Madoff Investments.

After a great salary offer it seemed the guy did not know shit. I figured that a place like Madoff probably hired him as a fall guy.

In Financial stuff. Wall Street stuff. Managers get huge bonuses, so sometimes they hire a dedicated fuck up for $100k+ per year to sit and do nothing other than take the blame and get fired when the Manager's real team fucks up. So they give these designated idiots a title, tons of responsibility but they do nothing. So when there is a fuck up, they fulfill their real job by being escorted out of the building by security guards holding a box of office stuff. Then performance improves, the bonuses are saved and they hire another fall guy.

Since a place like Madoff would have given bonuses of like $3 million to System managers I figured this guy was just one of a fleet of fall guys.

Nope.

It turned out he and a massive team of morons were hired to maintain a system that did nothing other than provide user accounts for other employees who did nothing. He was hired by Madoff specifically because he was not smart enough to figure that something was up. His whole team was hired because they possessed basic computer skills but had no experience to figure out what was really going on there.

At the agency I worked for they had a massive Office Politics like purge. "Threats" were removed with lay offs so the whole place was run by mediocre people who surrounded themselves with idiots to make them look better.

Dunno about stupidity but knowing when to keep silent and when to speak will always be a marketable skill.

After Maxwell saw what happened to Epstein, she most likely filed an "In the event of my death" nuclear bomb with some attorneys, with redundancies in safe deposit boxes. She then sent proof of said nuke to the Clintons and to Prince Andrew so that, unlike Epstein, she would not be suicided. I think she is safe for now. She made a deal that includes her own silence about the ones that really matter.

Of all the conspiracy bullshit on this site, that is actually about the most believable.

Yeah, that stuff works in movies and books...
Then again, if you're part of an all-powerful cabal capable of murdering people in prison and having it look like suicide, what difference would a couple of dead attorneys and some busted safes make?

The "Kill Someone and Make It Look Like a Suicide" is always two things:

A fantasy.

Or a failure in making it look like a suicide, but that is what the report says.

To kill someone like Maxwell would be easy, You just have to get someone else to do it for you. You do not even have to say "Hey, I know! How about you kill Ghislane Maxwell?"

Instead there are a lot of abused and mentally ill people in jails and those kind of people can be manipulated to see Maxwell or people like Maxwell as the cause of their problems. Expose them to regular media, expose them to conspiracy media..make it look like she was in charge of whomever made the manchurian candidate's life shitty. Do that with enough people and eventually someone will kill her and most likely the killer would be deemed crazy, because they are.

Quite a holistic approach to assassination.
