I see him and he is not banned.

I am guessing there is some other problem that is best solved by first describing the problem, telling me how to replicate what it is you observe and then seeing if I can troubleshoot it and resolve it.

2. What error messages appear?

3. When did you notice this?

Could be, he posted a screenshot on Facebook of his account after he logs in that says he is banned.

Might be an idea to contact him directly with email?

Could have used those facts in the post. I am guessing he might be operating from an IP that was previously blocked due to spammers.

I have 16 years of spammer blocking IP addresses on this board and some of what was a spammer IP is now moving towards legit uses.
