OT: war isn't bad for business but not a necessity if you have a pretty bloated defence budget vs some thread-bare non-state players. Quite a lot of it does eventually trickle down to PFC Shmuckatelli, Joe Q pork barrel assembly-line worker and Jane Q publicly traded company stockholder. Think the big hardware update projects and the outsourced software/maintenance make more profit for the military-industrial complex than those far&few shots fired in anger do. Then again, war isn't my racket so I could definitely be wrong. Still sucks about all the human suffering.
