Multiple breaches of highway and railway infrastructure after atmospheric river seems to have dumped months of rain over several days. Most east/west supply routes cut off completely. The impact of this is likely to last months and likely years. I hope they employ the military in this because it's big and will need multiple resources acting at the same time to expedient the required necessities in real time, or there will be significant consequences for many. Perhaps we can request the expertise of the US Army Corps of Engineers? Washington was hit too but I don't think nearly as bad.
