Biafra Part 2

Postby Kurt » Thu Feb 17, 2022 9:53 pm

The Igbo and other Southerners are getting tired of politicians colluding with the Jihadists and Fulani herdsemen invading the south. The Soldiers are basically useless, huge amounts of weapons vanish and and then are most likely sold by governors to the Jihadis.

And on "Biafra Twitter" they are organizing and exposing what everyone pretty much knows anyway. The most difficult part seems to be convincing people that "prayer" is not gonna do squat.

Nigeria has the same idiots we have, and lot of them died of COVID-19 as well because they thought prayer would work. Now the pastors are starting to get discredited. My guess is when an Evangelical preacher is taken out and publicly killed it will mean that the Politicians are next and then they will fight the north again.

Most likely the Brits and the Americans will support the Northern controlled military again, but probably with more resistance at home.

Would Nigeria lose much if they just told the north to screw off?

Nope. That is why the last Biafran war was fought with a starvation causing blockade.
The area with the greatest food production is Jos....which bore the brunt of the genocide 50 years ago. The Northern military could probably take and hold Jos again but then they might starve too.
The North grows a lot of tomatoes but 1 year ago their was asouthern boycott of tomatoes and the south did fine but the north had to feed rotting tomatoes to their cows.
The problem is that there will be violence if it breaks up. The UN loves the old Colonial borders too.
