Your point earlier was codifying consequences of behaviour into law.

Then you go to baby killing.

So what is your point? Abortion is bad because of killing babies? Or are consequences for behaviour only desireable when that consequence is an alive baby?

Again, terminating a pregnancy is not killing a baby, it’s stopping a pregnancy. Yes, it’s an invasive surgical procedure, a hard and deeply felt personal choice, expensive and inconvenient, and often traumatic. It’s personal and private. The “pro-life” protestors outside the clinics don’t help, and many of them have been known to temporarily break ranks to get their own safe and legal abortions before they rejoin the picket lines showing their posters of fetus helper. The hypocrisy is dazzling.

Disturbing story of the 10 year girl in Ohio this week who was denied an abortion because she was 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Thankfully, her folks were able to take her to Indiana for the procedure, but escape hatches are closing quickly.

Birth control is next. There are already state legislators working on that.

I know it is terminating a pregnancy. I just use the term "killing" because in my time as an Anthropologist I studied infanticide and we all have limits to what is acceptable whether we admit it or not.
Ancient Rome...leaving kids in the dump to be eaten by wolves was acceptable to the age of 5 and even then the idea of trying a parent for murdering their child after the age of 5 was never or rarely done. The barbarians changed that to be either aborted pregnancies or newborn infants left to be exposed (this was done up to WWII when awful European style socialism made medical care and a safety net that was effective in stopping it.)

But yah, that 10 year old girl. The "That's a rarity" seems to fall apart once it happens. Like Uber Catholics / Rastafarians who prohibit amputations to keep the body whole as the lord intended who claim that "The need for amputations is rare" does not mean it is never needed to preserve someone's life. In fact if Bob Marley had not been such a hard core Rasta he might still be alive today sans cancerous toe.

The point is to punish people. Since the rape of a child can be an inconvenient way to justify protecting children by stopping abortion, my guess is that the chuds who make and follow these laws will just determine that it sucks what happened to that kid but that will have to be the sacrifice made to finally save babies, plus it may give them a chance to execute the father or something.

Things are going great with the Abortion ruling.

Since so many Insurance companies, Doctors and other entities are liable under various laws many women have had their Methotrexate prescriptions cancelled.

This drug is used to end pregnancies (Ectopic) but is mostly used for Chemotherapy where immune system supression is needed and for treatment of Arthritis and Lupus.

Unless you are an ignorant bastard, you will realize that Arthritis and Lupus can kill people so literally this is saying "Sorry gals, you are of the age where I could get arrested for prescribing this, so you might have to die".

Will men still be able to get Methotrexate prescriptions? If so, women can just change their gender to male. Checkmate conservatives!
I'd whore myself out just one more time if I knew who to screw to get out of this grind.

Not in those states.

It's funny how fucking cowardly Insurance Companies and Medical Organizations are when faced with Dipshit laws passed by Dipshits in order to gain control of women and gender.
