Alex Jones' Lawyer

Postby Kurt » Thu Aug 04, 2022 7:25 pm

Flipping off plaintiff's Counsel in court.
Not explaining to Owen Shroyer or Alex Jones what "Under the Rule" meant or that they were bound by it. (So they did a show on the Trial that they were not supposed to discuss while under The Rule)
Accidentally sending a full image of Jones' phone and then not giving notice to Plaintiff's Counsel that some of the information was privileged.

This guy does not act like a Lawyer so therefore he is probably a crisis actor

Can you intentionally try and create a mistrial by being a shit lawyer or does it just mean you're a shit lawyer?

Damn.

File contains Psychiatric diagnosis
" intimate texts" with Roger Stone.
And Bankston says he is gonna give into the subpoena from the Feds unless Judge in this case orders him not to.
Bankston's War Name should be "New Hole Maker"

Spicy!

So...we can get this dude's texts by idiocy and can't get Secret Service / Pentagon / etc ones due to conspiracy/cover up.

And GOP fools still think Dems are some source of high-level 'deep state' conspiracies yet they're the ones that seem to be the main source of them...

One problem is that they believe so much in this Deep State shit that they become vulnerable to grifters who say "I am not Deep State, Hire me!" Reynold is probably getting his set-for-life payday. That is why he didn't hire anyone to pore over multiple GB of data and discover what he wanted to label as privelaged. That is why he brought his own client up in cross examination just to ask him if he did his Lawyer work to Jones' satisfaction. Get his client to admit he did what he was supposed to do ... Under Oath ... to protect Reynold from getting sued by Jones later.

That is the thing about these Right Wing Conspiracy nuts. They do not get the whole concept of "Under Oath". They are worried so much about the Liberals and Deep State trying to trick them and make them look bad and they do not even see when their own buddies are fucking them as they are getting fucked by them.

Perhaps it is because when someone testifies "Under Oath" to the J-6 Committee and it reveals some damning information they are all like "They lied" and "Boy when the Secret Service testifies they will set the record straight on whether Trump was a Driver hitting weirdo that day" Not realizing that anyone with half a brain will never testify, under oath, to that.

The Secret Service has lost some credibility this year. There was the scandal at the luxury apartment building at the D.C. suburb where some grifters cozied up to fellow tenants who happened to be agents and plied them with gifts: Penthouse apartments, cars, weapons etc. The grifters were convicted but received a very light sentence. I wonder if the SS agents testified in that trial.

You aren't wrong, but your picture is incomplete.

The reality is that the political wing of "both sides" is pretty much full of both grifters and extortionists, and even if you find a rare Congressman or Senator who isn't all-in on the grift game, chances are most of his or her staff is, and everyone else around him or her in Washington is as well, and it becomes impossible to get things done from the non-grifter point of view.

Anyone in Washington with strong morals and ethics is useless. You can't really negotiate with them - if they morally and ethically agree with your bill or amendment, you don't need to buy them off, if they don't agree with your bill or amendment, you CAN'T buy them off, and consequently, there's no need to scratch their back, because they won't scratch yours. So there is an inherent bias towards corruption just to get things done. But what was once probably just lubrication of the system (grift and graft to help move things along) has become the purpose of the system. A lot of bills and amendments are proposed simply to extort firms and people out of campaign money over the table, and kickbacks under the table.
I'd whore myself out just one more time if I knew who to screw to get out of this grind.
