At first I thought it was the owner of that Skyscraper house in Mumbai but that is owned by Ambani

I actually suspect the owner of that house to be the fraud since when I was a kid I used to play with this Girder and Panel building set and I would claim to myself that if I was rich I would just buy the Sears Tower and live in it....Not knowing how things worked.

So I figured that anyone who actually did what I would do as a kid but as an adult had to be some sort of clown. But different guy.
