I was digging through emails for tax stuff and...

I found this.

21:08:17 ‹Anonymous› In 10 minutes the complaint will be available online at seanmoffett.com. Co plaintiffs are welcome. I wonder what really happened with Penta?
21:09:31 ‹Anonymous› Give me a few minutes. I do what I say. It sucks that it comes to this, but some people can be really nasty bastards. Never back down from people like this.
21:11:24 ‹Anonymous› Give me 15 actually. Have to reboot.
21:12:03 ‹Anonymous› Ciao... This is my last message on the BFC...

It's kind of weird that one person who threatened to sue me mentioned another who would also threaten to sue me (Both for defamation)

NYC is a tough place to file a lawsuit in so I am not sure if he paid the fee and got told to fuck off or not but the strategy he planned was one used by Sovereign Citizens:

1. File fee.
2. Start lawsuit.
3. Sue for $1 and court costs.
4. Represent self Pro Se.
5. Hope that defendant does not bother to show up for a $1 in damages lawsuit.
6. Win by Default.
7. Ask Jury to decide punitive damages.
8. Hope those damages are high.
9. Profit!

If he did file he might have been out like $350.00 since New York had an anti-SLAPP law since 1992, but that mentioned print and broadcast media. The 2020 revision mentioned online comments and unconventional "journalists" like bloggers and people posting shit on message boards.

Anyway, I cannot find any information if he actually tried to file. For a while he kept on sending me PMs asking me for my address so he could serve me. I told him that he had to work to sue me and I would not help him in getting myself sued in anyway. That was when he promised me he would only sue me for $1.

About one year after RR3 died he posted some long discredited stuff about how RR3 was dealing in Colombian Mercs to Iraq. The thing is he wanted to do that but the problem was he formed a company called SGI and did not realize there was already an SGI, Silicon Graphics International (now absorbed many times over into other companies..I forget which ones) But a mistake he made was getting a shitty webmaster and giving that webmaster control of everything. So the webmaster kept his template website up that was just an IP address and then that website was used as proof to seize RR3's assets in Ecuador by the Government of Ecuador (Lesson: Never keep money in a South American Bank) Basically his webmaster wanted $$$ to remove the site. By the time Jeff got me to break into the website he owned and remove everything it was too late, he had to escape Ecuador and run to Colombia.
His wife then became a high-end escort to make ends meet and he lost custody of his kid.
Then he started to get back on his feet and died.
So for those of us who were friends with him it was a bit of a sore spot. I tried to tell Sean that nothing he read was actually true. It was akin to me going "Hey, I am gonna make money selling Club Memberships to buy property and creating a website that says I am gonna do this but then realizing it violates US Laws on trading unregistered securities so I never did it, but have the website up saying I am going to. (So what JITW did, but he did sell Club Memberships)
He doubled down and claimed it was true, that our friend was a really wealthy Merc Broker back when he was earning $7.25 an hour on Firewatch in California Scrubland.

What he wanted to sue me for was I called him a wifebeater. Cuz he was busted in Dakota County in Minnesota for spousal abuse, then plead down to a misdemeanor of Disorderly Conduct (classified as noisy, threatening and obscene) on the condition he complete a course for spousal batterers.
So basically the dude was a wifebeater. He promptly whined to RYP, RYP removed the wifebeater posts on the condition he did not waste his time suing anyone and then he said he was gonna file anyway.

The lesson is if BFCers need a website done to actually pay someone to do it. No one who does it for free is really doing it for free as RR3 found and El Pelon found. (I no longer do website work but I will refer them to those that do, but always, 100% have control of your own domain name).

Being unpaid board moderator has given me 5 threatened lawsuits in 3 countries, but this one may have actually been filed and dismissed by the judge before I ever got notified. Dunno.

There are some pretty funny older posts from Sean here. Anyways now I am wondering what happened to Penta and the thesis.

There were actual criminal complaints filed because of the thesis. So it is now in stasis. Someone who really wants to read it can request to do so if they are part of an academic institution.

Its one of those things that a mention of it here as a topic will bring about a call from a DI in the UK checking if everything is okay.

People got jealous of some double dipping.

But let's be honest, it was more like a couple of swizzle sticks in a bukake bucket at one point.

I think maybe it's a reference to a style of Udon noodles? Some sort of tangled mess?

(Also why is this site still on HTTP and not only HTTPS? Easy way for people to hack it and post incriminating nonsense.)

It was part of the consent decree between RYP, Kurt, and the FISA Court.
I'd whore myself out just one more time if I knew who to screw to get out of this grind.

Foreign Intelligence Surveillance

If only they were surveilling foreign unintelligence, I figure there'd be a whole floor at Langley just for keeping tabs on my nonsense.

I am not sure what you are getting at but my guess is that you think she was slutty because she was with two people on the same message board.
