The amount of US court cases across multiple Jurisdictions and both Criminal and Civil that has ruled "Insurrection" as well as the 2020 election being legit is well past 700 by now.
What's really strange is the sheer number of people in the US who do not know how shit works. They see multiple criminal rulings as a conspiracy and they think Biden sets consumer prices as well.
Of course the calls for Civil War are ratcheting up again but that would have happened anyway.

I line how it is anti-democratic to keep a guy off the ballot who tried to nullify millions of voters choosing the winning candidate.
Biden won.
Trump lost.
Fuck that Hitler loving Orange freak.

You mean how he tried to litigate voter and election fraud in court and then left office on Jan 20th, 2021? That nullification?
It's going to be funny when the socialists have their Confederate moment by keeping Trump off the ballot, and he ends up winning anyway because of what a shitty job Biden has done.

It's the perfect way to protect democracy.
I mean, why wait for due process or a trial or a verdict when we can just ban who we don't like immediately without all that messy legal stuff?

Just as it will be when it's overturned.

Its also in our Constitution. No one who has engaged in Insurrection against the US can hold office.
The lower court claimed that though he engaged in an insurrection a state primary was not to hold office.
Both courts agreed he engaged in insurrection but the higher court viewed a primary as part of the election itself.
