Edgar Aelthing ruled for 2 months. He was actually a king. Lady Jane Grey may have been monarch for 9 days. "May" is the key here. Svein Forkbeard may have only ruled for 40 days but apparently his monarchy has never been confirmed.

So Chuck is insignificant even in his insignificance.

Good point. Better living to be a few rungs down the throne succession line. All the perks and less responsibility. If you're 5th or lower it's doubtful anyone has you in their crosshairs too.
