And yes Virginia, any Policeman can tell you about intuitive recognition on sight regarding who is (or not) on the side of the law. So we really dont need legislators and lawyers telling us what's statutory or not.
Dude, in case you haven’t read any of my other posts on the G&W forum, I am quite obviously pro-firearms rights. So stop Hating on me like I am some Lieberman anti-gun communist.

Virginia is one of the most pro-firearms rights states in the US, we have concealed weapons permits (without cause), open carry, VA Constitution has a “Right to Hunt” amendment in it and “insta-check” for firearms purchases (buy and go within 10 min, unless the system is down or slow). The only complaint I have is the 1 handgun a month law, but beside that there only 2 or 3 other states in the US that are as pro-firearms rights as Virginia.

1. So suppose one actually pulled this off. Could you carry in the whole state, or just your city?
the entire state (usually) and then you could apply for the “only issued to LE” 50 state carry permit that would allow you to carry in the entire us (more or less).

You are a native French speaker right? Most departments would kill for a free translator, everyone has a skill that an agency could use or just spare time to help out.
All departments are under funded and under staffed in the US and most would welcome a citizen that wanted to help out for free (just don’t say why)
