The title of this article should be "government wastes more money on toys that blow up innocent people that go run and hide behind concrete from the evil forces".

Since that's what really is going on.

...and while they're at it, change the Department of defense to "Department of Corporate natural resource pillage and plunder".

There's no such thing as an innocent person in afghanistan! But I agree, this will blow up a non-combatant eventually, and lead to a bigger PR mess than it was worth.

While the idea of a personal guided missile sounds like fun, it looks like another boondoggle to me.
