I love my Emerson, but it sure sucks at this... was a 10 pry job! I need my HEST bottle opener if you expect me to drink efficiently!

I haven't received my LE yet either. Last I heard, the remaining units were coming back from Italy this week.

Gianni said they shipped last week, Linda sad they shipped march 3rd. Either way they aren't here yet, but should be this week, unless all the nuke activity in japan unleases Godzilla.

I just got my usps shipping notification for my Sterile knife this morning. So they must have recieved the last batch of fixed knives from Italy and are sending them out now.

while waiting.. my last question would be..

if they are indeed arrived and shipped.. with still no USPS updates/mail .. is it normal (did someone received his folder without no confirmation at all?)

I know the products will be solid but the customer service contact has been very frustrating for me as well. I don't know if they aren't getting my emails, I am not getting theirs or I am just to big a pain in the arse and they are ignoring me. What I do know is there is no phone number to call, no knife and this entire process has been frustrating.

Just got an email from DPX..Appears that although a 2nd batch of LE folders has arrived from Cali, there are no LH models among them.

I got a shipping notice last week for my LE. I tracked it just now and it shows being out for delivery... in another city about 45 minutes away. Ha!
