I know the products will be solid but the customer service contact has been very frustrating for me as well. I don't know if they aren't getting my emails, I am not getting theirs or I am just to big a pain in the arse and they are ignoring me. What I do know is there is no phone number to call, no knife and this entire process has been frustrating.
Deserve has got nothing to do with it.
