So I don't know anything about knives, but what sort of finish is that? Also, does the large groove at the back have a purpose other than something like weight reduction? Either way it's a great and unique looking piece.

Looks like it would be a great head remover. How much does it weigh ?

^^
Thanks guys.

This is the chopper in my "Wrath of God" series called the "Tribulation"
The blade is 10" and .300 3v acid washed
The fuller at the top of the blade is a blood groove designed to channel blood from the blade and it also reduces weight.

I wish I would have taken a picture of Robert's grin everytime he held it in his hand.

I could use a chopper like Tribulation. Once again, how much does it weigh ?

Thank you sir. What would you think the best use of such a blade ? The Tramontina machetes I currently use are a little less than a pound. They are a lttle light for some of the trees I hack and herbicide. I was given a coldsteel machete and hate it. It's poorly ballanced and it won't hold an edge. I need a specialized blade between a machete and hatchet, and the one you designed might fit the ticket.

.300 3v is gonna hold up to almost anything you throw at it. It holds a edge for a long time and is wicked strong. Just make sure to keep it oiled.

We are making 10 of these and are taking pre orders. Shoot me a pm for price.
