The idea is to get from Samarkand to Kabul via Mazar e Sharif then on to Dushanbe via Kunduz. I will be doing this in Sept / Oct so a lot can change in that time but has anyone done this lately? I don't want to fly so it will be bus or taxi. Hitching a lift in a jingle truck would be way cool too. Recommendations on food and accommodation as well as costs would be helpful as well. I would like to avoid spending more than USD $ 20 per night on a bed.

Im reallly fuclimg pissed but fespite that I can still hit a tarfet at 1000m plus. mayVRVe bnot tonight but it qint beyond the wit if man. Nowhammy.
