Are you kidding? In the 1980s for me it was Minneapolis punk and Manchester music.

I have weird Italian vinyl pressings of Joy Division studio outtakes and Warsaw demos. I was not a fan when Ian Curtis died (I was 12) but when Martin Hannet died I was worried that all of Manchester would suddenly start sucking.

I am like a deadhead but with Joy Division (Joyhead is lame but Divisionhead works)

I've seen it twice.

Made me like Martin Hannet even more.
