Please provide coordinates.

Stripers are active down here in the tidal James, but I haven't had a go with them yet.

But damn, I love smoked trout.

Smoked a bluefish once that I had just pulled out of the water. It was good, but not that good.

He certainly is a Heavy Little D.
My Dad talks about catching Artic Char through the ice in Norway and cooking them up straight away. Bet that's good too.

Batter an old trout with the frying pan and then get some chips.

When the voices get too loud stick your head in the oven - just like one of the terrible twins did. The other one swan dived off the Tay Bridge one cold night. The common vernacular was that one took the gas and the other made a hale in the watter. Ave atque vale.

California state health warning on my smoker says eating food cooked in the smoker can cause cancers and birth defects.
Dangerous food.
Does any one feel overly concerned about the amount of estrogen and it's mimickers that they consume in non-organic dairy, farmed salmon, in herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, soy products etc and in plastic bottles and food packaging, fabric softeners, cosmetics and so on?

Big fan of cured foods. Just as interesting as the other old ways of preserving.
