Gotta be Djibouti. At least Namibia has vegetation. Mauritania as well - there are a few trees scattered among the desert. Djibouti away from the shore is essentially a giant dried up salt lake.

Amenities are excellent, the towns are good places to stock up on food and fuel. The problem is that there aren't many of them. I had to backtrack 100 kilometres because I couldn't find any other petrol station along the coast.

Im reallly fuclimg pissed but fespite that I can still hit a tarfet at 1000m plus. mayVRVe bnot tonight but it qint beyond the wit if man. Nowhammy.

Beautiful fotos SRR - when were you there - I'm hoping to go there next year with a perhaps a bit of Botswana thrown in for fun. Now that I've taken a full time job I might be more confined in my traveling...

Great seeing the fotos!!!! I love these elemental landscapes....

Butter my arse. Namibia looks amazing. I love great big desolate landscapes. Namibia definately just climbed up my to-go-to list.
