No spoof my friend. I actually did do it. The property is in the eastern portion of Otsego County, between the cities of Cobleskill and Cooperstown (closer to Cobelskill).

Well congrats, the land looks nice. I pass by (just North of) there at least once a year as I have family in the Troy/Albany area. Watch the wood ticks man - Two of our friends got Lyme disease on their property near Utica. It's under control for them, but the deer ticks are very heavy through the area. Permanone is your friend (apply to clothing and boots only - NOT to skin!).
