Ghazi Stadium, Kabul, Afghanistan: A place famed for its use by the Taliban as a public execution arena. Now the locals of Kabul use it for more friendly battles by playing football.

Chicken Street, Kabul, Afghanistan: A view from the top end of Kabul's famous market street. You can buy pretty much anything you want down here, within reason.
Image

Bodrum, Turkey: Bodrum Fortress as seen from the beach.

Nice one matey, I hope you've got more stashed away?

Cheers

Certainly do.

Kabul, Afghanistan: Hanging carcasses with the added swarm of flies are available for sale. Cooked well done goes without saying.
Image

Salang, Afghanistan: En route to the Salang Pass. The Soviets got ambushed hard and often in this valley. The place is littered with tank turrets and wrecked BRDMs.
Image

Near Bagram (I think), Afghanistan: A bridge on the road to Salang.

Kabul, Afghanistan: Two friendly street kebab sellers. Great kebabs for only one US dollar.
Image

Bodrum, Turkey: A view from the boat while out diving. Life was tough.
Image

California, USA: Retaking the colonies. Pistol held left-handed for first person photo sakes.

Edinburgh, Scotland: Getting swiftly moved along while observing the G8 riots in 2005.
Image

Milan, Italy: A lizard in a pipe by a motorway. Probably the most exciting thing that happened during the whole week in Milan.
Image

Salang, Afghanistan: Friendly father and son car washers on the road back to Kabul.
Image

Bodrum, Turkey: Bodrum Fortress again. This time with extra sunset.

It's going slowly at the moment. You can't rush these things.
