Phillipines - a few historical photos, of interest to Dave

a few old photos from my youth, in the Phillipines - seems I remember being there, others are confused on the topic. (sorry for the poor quality, I need to get a scanner and do some of these properly, but this was the pre-digital age, as RYP has noted, and old prints captured with an ipod camera, will have to do for the moment

the scene at the prison camp when Generals Enrile and Ramos abandoned Marcos for the Laban/People's revolution, taken by my dad

the copter in which they flew, shortly after they disembarked (American-made copter, does anyone know which one?)

family at Malacanang palace, day after Marcos fled

Religion is often criticized for its heavy-handed approach to guilt and shame. The Ford fiasco convinces me that there is an important place for both.

Which are you? In the middle with the stripey T-shirt?
Shes never interfered with me. I have no complaints about her.
Same here.
Mega ditto.
I met her once and I found her to be a nice lady. Not kookey in any way.
Penta has always been gracious, kind and very sane in all my interactions with her.
