Thanks guys, I'm as proud as a new father. The new box alleges to be a 300 stick but it maxes out at about 220ish robustos. It's a replacement for my cool-a-dor experiment. Yea, don't make a cool-a-dor. They keep cigars safe but they don't "age", they just get older. My guess is the imperfect seal of a good humidor allows an ideal amount of oxygen for the ageing process, along with adding a cedar taste.
Added to my two other 100 stick boxes I think I'm just perfect now. I've got about a years worth of smokes stashed and I'm smoking cigars with at least 6 months of ageing. Yup, a happy camper.

There's no shame in smoking Romeo Y Julietta. I used to smoke them and Punch regularly.
I never got my hands on Macanuda Ascots yet. My only candy man here is Cigars International, who don't sell them.
If you like Maduro and want to save a few bucks, did you try the La Perla Habana Black Pearl? Cheap as chips and bloody nice, especially after a few months humidor time.
