100 countries are expected to sign the Oslo Treaty for a straightforward ban at the beginning of December. Big producers and users tried to get backing for an alternative convention that would allow them to carry on what they do for years, but failed.

Shes never interfered with me. I have no complaints about her.

I met her once and I found her to be a nice lady. Not kookey in any way.
