Of course, that opens a Pandora's box...what if the local pastor urges you to vote for a particular candidate? Should that church lose its tax exempt status?

Should the tax exemption be revoked?
Who cares.
If people did everything their pastor asked them to, we'd be back in the old days, when Rome was one of the biggest powers of the world, and almost all of Europe was under the power of a man with no armies, except the ones under the people loyal to him.
If people want to vote according to their faith's beliefs, so be it.
They have the choice not to.
When life itself seems lunatic, who knows where madness lies? To surrender dreams - -this may be madness; to seek treasure where there is only trash. Too much sanity may be madness! But maddest of all - -to see life as it is and not as it should be.
