Crossfitters (shudder)

Anyone have any run ins with these tards? Had one using the squat rack today like it was a fucking jungle gym.

The chicks are hawt as fuck. Dudes look super weak.

And then there's the whole naming their "workout of the day" after KIA's. Say they're "honoring" them but reeks of a marketing tool to me.
I am the object of criticism around the world. But I think that since I am being discussed, then I am on the right track.

...are crossfitters the people you call when you need a cross installed somewhere?

As far as that goes, nothing beats working off pizza and beer better than an eight hour power nap.

Crossfitting is an excellent exercise program.

It may look like a weak thing - but just do this Q - try doing their daily workouts for one week.

See what you think.

It's fairly developed in the "intensity is everything" format.

If it's not enough for you, go seal fit.

If that's not enough, you could get some 100 lb. dumbells and run a marathon with those I guess. LOL!

I really like the crossfit program because it is never boring to workout (they have an enormous amount of exercise movement variety). I incorporate some of their exercises into my workouts from time to time. Some of them I simply cannot do (I suppose I could if I practiced them more).

Here's a couple that challenge me:

"L" shaped pullups - jump up on a pullup bar, bring your legs straight out in front of you and do pullups or chinups from that position. To me, that is fucking tough. Pullups/chinups no prob, but change it up and it gets fun real quick.

1 leg air squat. Standing position - then put one leg straight out in front of you and squat down all the way to the ground, then squat back up for 1 rep. To me, that's tough.

The going out and running (4) 800m runs or (8) 400m runs back to back (say 3 minute break between) giving it all you got will knock the sand out of your vagina. Do the first and see if you can keep each of your runs under say, 2:30, or the second and see if you can keep each of them under 1:10. If you can, you are a total badass.

I tried it out for a week, can't say I was impressed, or noticed it giving me a better workout. I have no problem looking like a gay retard, so that isn't it. If anything, I felt weaker at the end of the trial.

Can't remember where I've read it, but...."crossfit makes chicks hot and dudes weak" pretty much sums it up.

I would totally eat all my words if I found out which "gym" she trained at. Of course.

The type of exercises you do.

Look into it.

Gym fees can be nothing. You don't need to go to a gym to practice crossfit.

A good portion of it is free weight training, but it doesn't stop there.
