And fair warning that intensity + bad form = injury. Anyone planning on doing some of the crazy shit on their site should probably watch the videos to make sure they aren't about to fuck up their back.

Yes, the speed and bad form is a major negative. Nevermind the "one size fits all" concept is bullshit. They tried trotting out some ripped dude as their example of how badass crossfit makes you, then it came out he was a lifter on the side.

Want to get in shape? Lift heavy, swim and burn more than you eat. That'll be 8 gazillion dollars.

So in other words, crossfit. As I said, most of it *IS* lifting.

Sorry man. 25kg bumper plates isn't heavy lifting. And kipping doesn't do shit either.
