Giallo

For those post related to Burt Reynolds and throwing balls.

Giallo

Postby Rhah » Sun Sep 26, 2010 10:51 pm

I just watched my first Giallo movie, The Killer Must Kill Again, while not as crazy as I thought it would be I still thought it was pretty cool.

Anyone else like this genre? If so I'd like to hear your favorites so I can add them to my "gotta check these out" list

No worries. That site has a pretty good starting points for most genres. This popped up as well when I was searching if AV Club had done one of their Gateways to Geekery posts on Italian horror: http://www.italianfilmreview.com/

Hadn't we already decided that this film was the reason motion pictures were invented in the first place?
I just thank God they found the sunken ship that contained the only existing copy.

Suspiria, and the Masters of Horror episode Jenifer are two of Dario Argento's works that I've seen. He also had a hand in the original Dawn Of The Dead.
So I'll meet up with that Russian, that Brazillian, the rest of the team from Brooklyn..and we'll start shooting.

Spent most of the summer mountain biking, after getting around to fixing one up in May. That and working in Philadelphia and New York.

Seems like this channel has some of the good stuff for those of you not into the torrent thing.
