I am going to assume we will not be seeing Q on this board for reasons unknown.

You’re moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas; you’ve just crossed over into the Twilight Zone — and look, there’s Leonardo DiCaprio right behind you!

The Inception and Shutter Island star is developing a cinematic revival of the classic television anthology The Twilight Zone through his Appian Way production company. Jason Rothenberg (The Sparrow) is writing the screenplay for the feature film, which is expected to draw inspiration from previously televised stories written by series creator Rod Serling and author Richard Matheson. There’s currently no word on whether DiCaprio himself will appear in the film.

Created by Serling in 1959, The Twilight Zone told a variety of horrifying and unsettling short stories that include classics such as “Time Enough at Last,” “The Eye of the Beholder” and “Nightmare at 20,000 Feet.” The series was canceled after five seasons in 1964 due to declining ratings, though it was eventually resurrected as a 1983 feature film starring Dan Aykroyd, John Lithgow, Albert Brooks and Vic Morrow, who was killed on the set when a helicopter crashed during filming. Two child actors died in the accident as well.

The movie ought to be not quite as exciting as the shows but watchable nonetheless.
