What a life. Child star, married to Michael Wilding, Eddie Fisher, Richard Burton, John Warner when he was Secretary of the Navy.

Almost killed herself and Burton with booze and drugs. According to Kenneth Anger in Hollywood Babylon, Warner wanted to fatten her up.

Wow, she seemed so much younger. Aerosmith guy must be like 100 years old if he was her dad.

I loved her in The Lord of the Rings.

So sincere with every word, she was definitely Hollywoods reigning Queen ...probably not be replaced by any other actress with the same aptly fitting title in our lifetimes. She cheated death once too (or probably more than once) but the story of her not getting on the ill fated flight her husband was on is legendary. He insisted she stay home as she was ill.

Larry King swears her eyes were "purple". Most people called them 'violet'.
nice choice of words Kurt. "damn shame" My arent we eloquent. Just wait till someone has a few "choice words " for you, too. Uhhh duhhh...hmmmmh

in her prime, she had a great set of tits.
