Found it on Netfilx streaming. Pretty cool show. Two twins, who are London MD's, go to some pretty interesting places to check out local medicine. One is more of a skeptic, the other tries to keep a more open mind. It seems it only ran for 4 episodes. The first episode is in the Congo and you can definitely see the frustration of the one twin. He wants to scrap the local methods of treatment and bring modern medicine into the situation of treating a very sick child.
