I remember enjoying some food with him after a long day with him, myself, an immigrant dude, and a guy who's father used to work with him, a few others, and then he got got all teary-eyed with a smile on his face saying 'fuck, I never thought I would be sitting here with people like you in this industry'.

EDIT: where did silver spoon come from? Maybe I should put the bottle in an overpriced wooden box complete with a silver shot glass.

Gnaruki, does he ever talk about where his Scottish ancestors are from? If it's a place known for its distilleries, a bottle from that region would appeal to his sentimental side. And he would really appreciate the effort you made to find it.

Unless it tastes like shit. :p

I thought you were 45 and just giving people shit for being old because of the irony of your own age?

You sure you are not old and decrepit like I am?

Well, there certainly are many good recommendations of scotch whisky to celebrate with.

40 isn't too old to be a hooker. There's always a strong market for MILFs.

So last night I rushed off to meet my friends before we went to the opera, and wouldn't you know it? I forgot my crack pipe! So we had drinks. This bar had a better selection of scotch than most places, so I tried Glenrothes, which I never had before. Smooth. Just enough smoke to let you know you're drinking scotch, not like that Islay whisky, which I can't take. It has that slightly sweet taste that I expect from a Speyside, and the flavor is a bit richer than Mcallen, which is what I end up drinking in most bars.

I forgot who recommended it, but thanks.
