True but I've seen Paks and Afghan with them.
Probably not much of a problem on heavily patrolled places like Chicken Street
The Mustafa Hotel has room at the back that you could rent as well and they're well up for being unusual
get some heavies and give'em free Islamic tattoos....ya know crescents and shit
the Shahada in Arabic script always looks nice

I'd work with a tattooist in Kabul....sounds like a super-cool gig.


I can't think of many jobs that would be as cool as setting up a tattoo joint in a back room of the Mustafa.
