I know the law. And I have spent my entire life in its flagrant disregard.

I was thinking of this while skinning out the deer the other day.

Now I am jealous.

All I can say is Malbec.

Its cheap wine right now and has a good price to awesome ratio. But soon it will be trendy and go up by a few dollars a bottle.

Is that some sort of drug term?
I'm not really a proper reporter, due to the chronic lack of discipline, negligible attention span, and a certain juvenile difficulty taking serious things seriously.

Nope. I shot a deer the other day and while cleaning it I was thinking about how similar human anatomy was and what would happen to a human if it were shot with the same bullet (probably the same thing). Also, was thinking how strong the various bones are in the arms/legs. That sketch above reminded me instantly of butchering the deer meat on the kitchen table.

There is a nice kit you can get for either cleaning game or amputating your limbs that doesn't require all the very many tools shown in that sketch and it's portable and lightweight. It's called the wyoming saw. Of course you will still need a nice sharp blade for getting the skin off and getting through parts of the hide, but for zipping through those bones, the Wyoming saw is the way to go.
