well it really depends on the type of skin you have but for me personally i like to us Acca Kappa , not only does it moisturise the skin it also improves the elasticity so you wont need to use it as often as others when experiencing cracked skin

You don't want your calloused hands getting all cracked and shit. Find an emollient lotion with urea to help with that. Fragrance-free is best. If you aren't super-calloused, don't bother with urea on the hands (although your feet might like it). Tweezerman cuticle nippers are fucking tits. Nip those hangnails before they tear and get infected.
