osama bin laden with the help of the army corps. of engineers sabotaged the levee system in new orleans in june of 2005,when it was found that katrina would hit. after the hurricane passed through florida, the us military launched missles from cuba into katrina's path to strenghtin it from a tropical storm into the most devitsating disaster in american history, which killed and destroyed the homes of "undesirables" i.e. poor black people and others without the means to leave the city. now the Disney corporation is buying all the avalable property in the french quarter and has so far spent $45 million digging tunnels under the city with the help of the army engineers. I don't know what they're doing... but it is similer to the tunnels under disneyland and disney world, some of which extend for hundreds of miles.
